The Flu Diet Chart 🥗

 Corona the Pandemic indeed!


It is said and believed that each one of us will face this infection sooner or later.


With some steps we can undergo speedy recovery. 


I will be sharing what I found effective.

1. Drink Luke warm water. 


2. Add max Vit C in your diet. 




3. Drink Kadha .  3 cup of kadha in a day. 

Tulsi + blackpepper + laung + elaichi + ginger . 

      





4. Add Garlic in your diet. In any form even in chappati.





5. Take Steam of clove water. 






6. Turmeric Milk ( Golden Latte).




7. Giloy juice 





8.  Makhana in evening snack is working as booster.





            



 The Flu diet.

It worked out for many in speedy recovery. 




Day 1 : weight/10 glasses of citrus juice +coconut water.


Day 2: weight/20 glasses of citrus juice+ coconut water and
            Weight x 5 gms of tomato cucumber                 
for lunch.



Day 3: weight/30 glasses of citrus juice+ coconut water and
            Weight x 5 gms of tomato cucumber                 
for lunch and
 Normal food for dinner(low in oil and spices)




9. Even if your own health is not good or of your family member then also stay positive with strong belief that This too shall pass.


10. Avoid watching negative news. 

11. Nature therapy. 
       









         




12. Mask is must. 



                         One day menu.




13. Keep a check at your Oxygen level. 
As Happy Hypoxia is seen among Youths.
