The Koinar saag is easily available, easy to prepare, tasty and highly nutritious.

The saag is therapeutic in nature and it can give you relief from several kind of vitamin and minerals deficiency related problems. 

It also helps in detoxification.



How to prepare?


First, Wash and remove the thick portion.

Then, Cut it into small pieces. 

Then, Put the pan with some mustard oil and small pieces of garlic.

Sauté the leaves for some 10-15 minutes. 

And it is ready to be consumed. 

Some spices can be added to enhance the taste.
