5 Benefits of GOND LADDOOS and how to make it?


GOND LADDOOS are winter delight.

The main ingredient is Gond (edible gum) , whole wheat flour (aata) , ghee, sugar and dry fruits.

                                      



1. So this is Gond (Edible gum).


                                                   


2. Fry it in the hot ghee, it automatically puffs up, you have to continuously stir it otherwise being sticky it gets accumulated.




3. Grind the gond either in the grinder or on your own like this.
     It should become thin and even in texture.





4. Here in a steel pot (or patila) we have roasted whole wheat flour i.e. in some amount of ghee we have roasted the aata till it became little reddish.
Also, we have grinded dry fruits + coconut paste + white sugar (which is grinded to become like powder).
Now mix the powdered gond and stir it well.

 5. Mix flour-gond mixture very well with ghee.






6. Keep on mixing it for a while.

7. Check the taste of roasted material, you should not feel any rawness in taste.





8. Make medium sized GOND LADDOO from the prepared mixture.
